Where Melbourne levels up.

Dynamic Bonus Citadel is a competitive gaming studio on Gertrude Street — esports coaching, custom game builds, tournament production and broadcast-grade streaming, all under one roof.

Our mission

Serious about play, generous with the craft.

We opened our Fitzroy doors in 2016 to give Melbourne players a place to train, build and broadcast at a professional level. From ranked grinders chasing a ladder spot to indie teams shipping their first title, everything we do is about turning raw enthusiasm into measurable skill — without losing the joy that got us hooked in the first place.

Player stories

What the Citadel community says.

Six weeks with Mara took me from Gold 2 to Diamond in Valorant. The VOD reviews were brutally honest in the best way — I finally understand why I was losing rounds.
Jordan R. · Collingwood, VIC · March 2025
We brought a half-finished prototype to Devon and walked out three months later with a launchable game. Their sprint discipline kept our tiny team sane.
Aisha M. · Brunswick, VIC · January 2025
Dynamic Bonus Citadel produced our 96-player charity LAN and it ran flawlessly. The broadcast looked like a televised final. Already booked them for next year.
